For Christmas 2017 Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell have made a donation to The Elizabeth Foundation.
1 in 1,000 babies are born in the UK with hearing loss and 9 out of 10 deaf children are born to hearing parents. The Elizabeth Foundation is a national charity supporting parents with young children with all degrees of hearing loss and teaches children to learn, to listen and to talk. Having hearing loss can significantly affect a child’s ability to communicate. However, with modern technology and appropriate intervention during their early years, most deaf children attending The Elizabeth Foundation can – and do – learn to communicate clearly and effectively using spoken language.
We would like to take this opportunity to wish all our clients and friends a Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year.
